Well that's better I guess, but his posting behavior is a bigger problem IMO.

Animation can't be flashing or annoying. A good example is norus; the animation he uses just makes the object look like it's moving, and it's not distracting.

I completely agree. A good example being the AFLobby linux thread where he's just posted he doesn't have linux.

At least his avatar isn't flashing anymore, yet quite unnerving...

Only swiftspear has the ability to remove avitars, cup. You need admin access to do that.
