this is what the USA's local news is like: fearmongering sensationalist crap with little to no truth.
that's pretty much what the national news is like too.
i don't watch the news anymore.
also, anyone notice how every single channel shows some sort of reality entertainment? for fuck's sake, the weather channel has hour-long "storm stories", people talking about getting their houses flooded and trailer homes picked up by tornados.
why, weather channel? why would i want to watch entertainment when it is on every other channel? why can't you just show the god damn weather?

A few things about that video are kind of strange...they mention /i/ yet neither 4chan nor 7chan have /i/ channels- so they must have either been mainly talking about 420chan (which is mostly just a harmless gaggle of stoners) or 12chan (which also doesn't make sense- they didn't mention anything about the garangutan amounts of implied pedophilia there).
