Alas, so far all varieties of version 0.9 have shown black text on a black background on both of my machines (Both XP pro, (Very Old) Nvidia card in one, (New) Radion card in the other, both Intel CPU's.

I'm not sure if it's springsp or unitsync though.

imbaczek you may want to change the backslashes in the source code to unix style forward slashes. Windows can handle forward slashes and has been able to since 95. Prior versions had a program designed to get around the IBM restriction to give unix style paths in dos.
And android_x, you have no issue if I bundle SpringSP with the next aflobby and integrate it into the main menu?

Thanks for the report Erom. Is it just the text in the input boxes and lists or on buttons as well?. (screen shot might be nice)
Go right ahead AF, bundle away.

No screeny cause I'm stuck at work right now, but it's not buttons or the labels on checkboxes - just the lists (map list, player list, mod list in the dropdown, ect.) and the text fields for starting resource values.

Can anyone here inform me what's the current status of SpringSP and where to download it?
Searched high and low and tried all the links both in this forum and in the download section but nothing.
I want to run the game in single player mode in simple game mission or scenario.
Any help on this ? Thanks in advance.

Hi megaman, unknown-files have moved all their files around again breaking all the links. Here's the new link:
http://www.unknown-files.net/spring/320 ... ncher_v09/
The status of SpringSP is that I'm only fixing bugs and not adding any new features.
Hope that helps.

A quick update:
Regarding the unitsync problems, I was able to get get 0.9.1beta1 with svn4610 to crash by installing more mods but latter both 0.9 and 0.9.1beta1 worked with spring svn4772 (apart from the broken replays).
That makes it seem like unitsync was to blame but I will double check my code anyway.
I've been busy with other things as usual so I still have to look into the other issues.

Whenever I try a mod that uses unique factions (Com Shooter, P.U.R.E, Fibre, etc) it only shows Arm and Core, and when I start, I crash. Any possible fixes?

There needs to be a line break after the last } now btw.
Use SpringSP to create a script.txt, edit it and add a linebreak at the end of the file manually, then run spring with script.txt as parameter.
Re: SpringSP v0.9 - Persistent Error Message

Hi all, I'm getting an error with SpringSP v0.9 that was brought up in an earlier post (and for an earlier version), though I'm not sure it was resolved.
I get the error: "An error occured while saving Mod cache. 76 path not found" when trying to start the game.
I've checked for the correct pathname to [Where.Spring.Is.Installed]\lobby\SSP\Cache, and it's all there, so it must be something else??
Thanks so much!!!!! (here's the older post from somebody else below:)

Make sure that the cache directory exists. If you extracted the zip file in to the directory where you installed Spring then it should have been created for you. Have a look at:
Spring_install\lobby\SSP\Cache
If the cache directory doesn't exist then create it.
