The trick is to not eat that kind of food and exercise. Then we can all be handsome/pretty and wear shirts less often.

Eating a lot of greesy and unhealthy fast food can affect other things aside from just your weight like your cholesteral levels and mood. Therefore, those people who are underweight should eat healthier foods and exercise as well to gain weight and prevent the other negative affects of fast food from wearing on them over time.

I think that the lady in the swimsuit picture looks good.

Diet affecting mood is pretty true actually.

I live next to a fish and chips store and they sell these burgers that are just 2 huge patties and like 4 rashers of bacon. I got hooked on them and ate one for pretty much every meal for a week and it started making me feel really bad and depressed with nothing else really causing it. And it stopped pretty much as soon as I started eating a bit better.

This has been an Isaac seriouspost.

Oh, and impotence can be linked to a high fat diet with ease.

We all think that, silly.

Fast Food can't be good for you, and has been proven to me by the fact that I didn't eat it for a month, then went back. It was like dropping a bomb in my stomach. In a bad way. Ugh...

So I either eat it regularly, or not at all.

Shit, I'm going to go for not at all. I swear it this time.

yeah yeah, you know you cannot resist delicious tacos. Zoombie, you can always eat more greens, spinach, mustard greens romaine lettuce etc.

also, I have been told that vitamin D degrades in light, I wonder if there is any validity to this. Because if it is, carton milk is better for you. You need the vitamin d to digest calcium.

I hate tacos. I'm talking about fries and hamburgers from Carls Junior or Wendies.

Ugh...greens. Fine, I'll eat more.

Vitamin D does degrade in sunlight due to UV radiation. However, the proteins in milk require more calcium to digest than the milk can provide beyond a very small volume, so you're better off getting your calcium from another source anyway.

I find that difficult to believe. How then did we get calcium before cheese or calcium supplements?

edit:

wikipedia calls you a fringe group, and provides a link to debunk your claim, that I shall soon follow.

edit2:

I guess it's not a link, just a reference.
