Catapult units.
A large tower that picks up units and places them inside then fires them up where they then land via parachute at the target.

:idea: Ok, just say that the ARM has a peewee launching canon; to counter it, the CORE would have a tennis-type unit that would actually bounce the unit back.

Could we use that to make units parachute out of planes? :) . Maybe it could even be that the parachute "grabs the unit" and then the aircraft "grabs the parachute"...
