Kirby 64. I actually played that one - kind of a weak platformer, but it was rare to have a 2d platformer on the N64. Thought it looked familiar.
God dammit I miss Psygnosis. This game was the greatest thing ever made for a flightstick.

Anything other than the level select/save screens have Kirby characters plastered over them, making the whole thing very easy.
