And yes, these units are wanted that way, there may bee areas, players enter with heavy disadvantage. GET OVER IT!
Cometcoments? Drop them from orbit, i worked for it, i lurked for it.
Next in Productionline is the Plank-Toner - small sized microorgansim living in the oceanwater, working together like one big beeing, to warp space, gravity and matter to counter enemy aircraft.

Journeyman: The PlanckToner, basically its Algeananotics, who by there natural defenses form a sort of giant generator for exoctic particles and even more exoctic physical circumstances. Spot as big as your hand, holding 300 tons of water and air, circling in a silent spinstorm at over 9000 mph? Planckton delivers.
Electric Charge? Antimatter? Radiation up and down the field? Help yourself. Only problem is, they use there health for ammunition, so if they have to fend of without a break, they will be consumed.
Left will be ingame, right is polymodell.

The right hand one almost looks like it could be in KP!.

On the first view yes, but on the second, there is way more work into KP modells, including a better, selfiluminate texture. Oksnoop2, got any idea what weaponsfx to some particle accelerating plankton?

Could you rephrase that I don't quite understand.

You have a water unit, basically a sub made out of plankton, and it shoots a AntiAir Weapon that somehow screws up physicks around the plane. How should that effect look like?
Re: Journeywar

Ohh ct has AA subs, what you could do is have it shoot a paralyzer beam. It should just make the plane all out of the sky. I plan to do that in ct.

great idea- will copy that- can ground units attack paralysed airplanes? And what happens if a stunned unit crashes into water?

The ReCycler, filled with vicious bacteria, and various dissasemblers from worlds whose lifeforms base upon metalls and silicon, this giant hovering mushroom eats away at enemys battle tanks from a distance, putting it back in your economy. Only negative: He always must eat, or he eats himself away, so its difficult to keep this guy "stored" or anywhere far from the enemy.
And yes, it was originally planned to be a building, and you can still see it.

Ground units should not be able to attack aircraft when paralyzed. There is probably a lua solution.
As for the second question, pretty sure it just crashes into the water and dies.

One question, never asked, thou always implied. Does one of those units feel out of place, concerning style, designline-wise?

maybe the "Watchbird" because camoflaging as a bird only works on planets with birds.
ha! logical hole!

Good Point: Let me explain why this bird can fly on a airless moon. Mmh.. mmmh... as we all know, moons are rumored to have a soft core made of cheese, and in this cheese, there are bubbles, and in this bubbles there is co┬▓, and if the bubbles release gas, then still this bird needs a better explaination... damn you knorke for beeing such a merciless spectrator.
The journeywar refuses to roon on Maps with the word Moon in the name. There are no satellites in this universe.

I was searching around, to solve the bird-problem: My sollution, if map smd shows that wind on this map is zero, i deduce it is in vacuum, therefore, the birdmodell is replaced by soemthing from a gasgiant, that i have yet to dig up or develop on my own.
PS: Found this on the Intertubes, thinking about steeling it, just for the coolness of looks.

Skinfantry, lvl1 attackunit of the journeyman, basically there pewee.. nothing particullarly amazing on it.. lowpoly..
I m going to add some glowthingys and needles to the arms and backpacks just to spice it up, so it reassembles more to the sketch.
Moar PreVis
Rare thing looks like i imagined it...

Journeyman: StealthConDrone- This gas giant is off the radar, and transports build materials for the journeyman.
