gundam RTS version 1.11 fix 5
I had to make a quick patch to the game file. Apparently 1.11f4 didn't have the fixes needed.

There were two menu entries that were kicking out errors and there was an issue with the com-options for people who were playing singleplayer.
Just a minor bugfix.
