Just thought I would put in my word here... I'm aware these have already been said.
Units that I have found overpowered:
Weasel
Jeffy
Flash
Panther
Flak Tanks
Dragons Teeth
Underpowered:
Banshee
Level 1 Radar
I really dont see why you keep changing things that dont need changed... maybe theres something that I'm not seeing, but it looks like 2.23 is much more unbalanced than 2.11... people are just spamming weasels, and it really defeats the purpose of the game unless you disable scouts. Also, flash and gator balance was good, but now flashes are way OP... why? And why were weasel stats changed in the first place?! Its also frustrating when you properly micro a handful of brawlers and thave them all taken out by a flak tank. And why cant my bantha go over dragons teeth? Even heavy tech 2 should be able to cross DT, else there is really no point of fortification walls. Last thing: Please revert level 1 radar, its become useless on any map that isnt tinyme or duck. Just my thoughts...

TBH, flop's post is the most concise and accurate post there's been for ages, summing up prehaps 20 odd pages of comments.
I'm not saying that it's 100% accurate or complete but those are basically the issues with 2.23. Fix them and 95% of players can go back to having enjoyable and ballenced games of AA, while the ultra-elite players can go and argue the finer points of ballance 'somewhere else' (aka Cadyrs Abolition Forum).

Those problems are getting fixed, I think Caydr just hasn't had enough time to make a release recently.
