Rough:
1. Others understand him and you fail. He suggests that you are the one who is handicapped.
2. He is pointing out that you fail to complete your mod and suggesting that you pretend to not understand what he is saying.
3. He also points out that you are ready to "defend the forums from profanity" when convenient for you, but act otherwise when you feel like it. Take your "ad" for your gundom mod in the general forum as an example.
4. The quote is clear - he is pointing out that it was a not nice thing to say.
Summary - to be a little clever, he is saying that you are an asshat.

This guy is pretty wild, he actually thinks most people understand him? That is a pretty far drawn, while these are better than prior posts he still leaves the reader to assume a lot.
as far as number 4 goes he may feel offended by it but it is better to be clear rather than allow him to think I want or would want his help. He made some statement to the fact that he would like to work with me. One I take as really a joke and not serious.
how is calling me an asshat clever?

not very accurate ,
and i think asshat is rellated to ass hatred ? dont understand but it seems be an insult and can be resumed so then ;
the major problem is the folowing :
"only the douchebag trolls want him back so they can milk him for lulz. Emanuel was never popular because he was a mod maker, people liked that he was profane, crude and abrasive. "
but what yu are doing now ?
talking about my mod ????
that is very impressiv sentence can be applyed to eman benevolent translator or maybe he hav a secret interest for my mod or/and the peace/justice in forums

To me, it just seemed to fit with the general tone and the hat theme.
- EM: Asshat is a popular culture reference.
I can't say I really have an opinion. I certainly do not know you enough to judge your asshattedness. On the other hand, I find his writing to be kind of fun - his analogies, word choice, and references are fairly diverse. What can I say, I also like scrabble.
On the other hand, if you really just don't understand him, maybe you should communicate that and I am sure he will be understanding.

I'll try to explain "asshat" to you......
ass = butt
hat goes on the head.
it means having a your head up your ass. What that is supposed to say is that you are not paying attention.
so asshat means not attentive to your surroundings. It is kinda left field of him.
i am not sure if you will understand this at all.
That quote that you are posting about is because I was saying I don't want you back so they can make fun of you. I don't think it is right that many people wanted you to return so they could laugh at you.
Eman, I tried in the past several times in pm, in chat etc. I am not sure he will get all of the post I just made for him.

sorry smoth maybe yur privat was moderated i not found lot,
ok smoth i understand 99% of that yu write ,
in this manner im 99% sure that yu dont understand that yur sentence i related to yu too :
sure the others laught me but they claim to like this and not yu :
why yu dont respect me and denie to others this freedom ?
that not a letal injury for me to be lullz and not for yu (i hope) to read vulgar ,
i hope that not yur job to write in this forum because me im volontar and benevolent (not for fun but for duty!)
its seems yu can understand easilly the "asshat" related sentence but not the word "mod"
asshat is not related to ass nor hat ?
and what the sense of that ?
so yu work translating as a student ,
and yu are maybe aware that not the problem here ,
but smoth is 100% sure that im useless for her and the entire spring (seems his own !)
and obivously he never want to help bc im not worthy to this gift ,
but his hatred is fully compatible with my personality: isnt ?
smoth yu enjoy to kill me in virtual same as in real ?
yuthink i just a retard ? but yu fight with retard and that during long time : where is yur supriority ? yu crushed me so easilly than i dont filled ?
and yu continue without special atention like a reflex ?
is constructiv ?
for me ?
i try to understand why im out and yu in ?
but for yu ?
are yu in ?
sure yu cant be anything else the best isnt ?
yes roy is bad choise for a french sarcasm : so a god maybee ?

In a broader sense, an asshat is a fool. My apologies if my "translation" was kind of loose.
I do not presume to speak for him. That said, I do not think Em cares if people laugh at him. He has expressed a sincere interest in modding. His interest in these forums amounts to access to this knowledge. He also seems to think that collaborative effort and sharing of knowledge is key to success in such things. In that spirit, he has even gone so far as suggesting that you work together.
Communication skills aside, that makes him much like most people who have made Spring what it is. Being "MAD" certainly does not stop people from creating. If anything, it seems to help.
Make nice kids. I'd suggest that the same effort as all this would have been better spent working on your mods.

Emmanuel hasn't actually been rude in this thread. Stop being rude to him. :\
Also, smoth didn't ban you and couldn't because he is not an admin/forum moderator.

I can see the point quite well, more so than in your posts here. And emmanuel hasn't flamed anyone...
Aha ... how not, unless you don't WANT to see it. It's obvious that he is trying to provoke again. If he simply would have aasked for the reason why, there would have been less agressive ways to do it.
