I found the Leejen's LOS appallingly short for a scout unit. I built a few in 1.48, when the Voyeur was missing, but I found them ultimately useless. The sight range is really too short. I mean, you're not going to send them into an enemy base to waste them, spybots can do that better without getting killed. I wanted the Leejen to support long range bots, you know, group them with morties and it's sight range will show the morties what to shoot at. But now that the Voyeur is back, I'm not sure what the Leejen could be used for at all.
Except suicide bombings.
But I haven't tried that yet.

I cannot count how many times i've won a game just because I rushed to air early and used 6 atlases to airdrop a squad of peewees/thuds in the back of an enemy base....

Check the changelog. After a bunch of people bitching at me for five pages because I kept providing math demonstrating how rediculously over-efficient Exploiters were even compared to other units with anti-raider armor, Caydr just dropped the anti-raider armor.

I sent 20 ak's at a lv1 exploiter the other day and lost all my ak's with hardly any noticeable damage to the expoiter. That was really, really, annoying.

Give the leejen a crawling bomb blast, but only if it is selfdestructed, and give it a 10-15 sec timer?

Ah i thought i saw changing armed mexes to a normal armour class or whatever in the last changelog.

Thats either a lie or you sent them at it one by one, it takes half that number of peewees/A.K's to take out an exploiter if they attack as a group.

I've taken exploiters with nine AKs and ten Peewees, respectively.
I guess what I'm really saying here is that Cabbage is right. Now, if he hadn't kicked my ass less than ten minutes ago...

Well, take whatever you need to kill an LLT (on open ground, if you know where it is... Four?) and double it, as the Exploiter has twice the HP. So still eight-ish?
Of course, that's assuming there aren't any other things with guns lingering nearby.

Btw, when was the last time you saw someone build level 1 vechile factory as first fac and succed with it?
I don't know why, but for some reason vechiles (espeacly core) get pwned like nothing aginst K-bots!

erm, about the Fidos, they are currently insane, small packs of fidos can beat almost anything,
they could use a nerf, as in more buildtime or less HP
