In many cases ur to far from most cars most of the time...either ur at the front or at the back..
That's why Hi-Octane's short tracks with lots of laps helped - some of the tracks were short enough that you would quickly lap the losers, and you could even recover from being lapped on the shortest tracks.
Hell, it had one track with a "suicide" layout (that is, a straight line with checkpoints at each end, so cars are driving head-on at each other)

You do know what 3D games looked like before 3DFx, ATI, and nVidia came onto the scene, right?

Oh, and the one SpliFF posted that nobody got? Freedom Force - and I never even played it. Seriously, look at the character icons - how many games have a dude in a star-spangled colonial hat?
Either way, the terrifyingly primitive 3D game I posted is real, and a rather good one at that.

This is some kickass game:
x|x|o
o|x|x
x|o|o
The 3d version is even better.

Hmm, tough one, TM. I think it was called 'toc tac toe?'

This game is an old favorite of mine.

Golden axe - can't tell if it's 1 or 2. Pretty sure it's the PC version. No takers on my rather dated space game still?
