Things you may not know...

Thats another posibility, but look at the video, near the end, the fido is like "just deciding" where it wants to go, not like it "knows" it.. well who cares :pMaelstrom wrote:Perhaps the order for the fido in that video was given before the player possessed it? Just cause your following it doesnt mean it cant have had orders before hand.
I came up with one.
You May Not Know:
When you are playing spring an infolog.txt file is created in your spring directory showing a log of all the messages that show up in the blue message box on top.
You May Not Have Thought Of:
Open this file up in your browser of choice while you are playing srping... think you may have missed something among all of the move errors? ALT-TAB then F5 and you can check.
I just came up with this today... If I get creative I could write a simple javascript/html page combo that would monitor the file, repress the error messages and colour ally/spec/open messages differently.
edit: Actually, javascript can't read text files for some reason... poo

Want to split a group of units in independent halves quick?
Open selection editor.
New>Select "F" without modifiers>from view>
Not commander, type exist in previous selection,
To do with selection:
Clear prev selection
Select % 50
Now, ingame, build 10 pewees, select one, press F, repeatedly.
Nottice something? Selected group halves are repeated.
With no change the selected groups are the same.
