New BA Chicken Defense V2.40 depends of new BA 7.68

Update and many thanks to Deadnight Warrior's fix from smoth & askuhn bug report.
Bug found by askuhn :
« I am having a strange issue thats pretty distracting, however. The smoke trails on rockets (like anti-aircraft) and explosions are both being rendered strangely in chicken only (they display correctly in BA 7.68).
The rocket smoke is very dark, almost black, while you can see very opaque squares in explosions [...]»

Don't use BA Chicken Defense V2.39 anymore, that was a pseudo-fix version.
