Would it be possible to receieve subsequent notifications regarding the same thread/subforum with "Re: " prefix in order to allow mail clients to automatically group those threads?
Also, although not really important, I think "Notify me upon replies by default:" should be set to True by default. I only found it now when checking to see if it existed before posting.

This would flood the inbox of any active poster. This is a bad idea!
