I've played Spring on 1950xt. It should be fine, if not adjust the settings (like turning off water effects and lua shaders).

X1950 series is a DX9 one which is really outdated. So the problem is the possible lack of a real driver updates. However, the perf of a X1950xt should be enough to run Spring smoothly.
