A personal disposable steam based smoking apparatus.
The equivalent of a cigaratte only with steam, without burning and smoke.

Neither steam-based nor disposable but I have a feeling it's along the lines of what you're looking for 8)

The only reason to smoke is to look cool. Without the smoke, why bother?

So you can pretend you weren't doing it to be cool and because you're too weak to stop.

Too weak to stop? Are you freaking kidding me?

Instead of me raeging at you for being... misinformed. Buy this book. As a non-smoker it will be quite an enlightening experience. As a smoker, long story short, it works. http://www.amazon.com/Easy-Way-Stop-Smo ... 1402718616

Why need a book to stop smoking? It's just mind over matter. Put down that cig pack and quit right in that instant. You don't need a huge 12-step program to hold your hand and tell you it's gonna be okay. Also you still call yourself a smoker and not ex-smoker?

RE: Quiting

They've also done studies on that too... I don't remember the exact numbers but 1 in 20 or so people have a genetic glitch that causes their bodies to react positively to nicotine... this would be like drinking spoiled food juice and having your body release endorphins instead causing you to throw up... then about 50% of people are genetically prone to nicotine addiction, actual physiological, morphine style addiction. If you are one of those 1/40 people who happens to be in both groups you really have very little chance of quiting smoking once you've started.

Same studies pointed out that almost ALL smokers start because of the implied peer pressure of seeing "cool people" smoke and wanting to copy them.

(Y'all should read "The Tipping Point"... I'm pretty sure I haven't got my facts straight.)

So Anyways, you're grandpa (or friend or cousin or nephew or whatever) who just stopped smoking one day was probably not ALL that addicted to cigarettes in the first place... these studies I keep mentioning also found that there are a large number of smokers who smoke less then 3 cigarettes a day and sometimes skip a few days having no chemical dependency whatsoever.

Another fun fact: Smoking is an effective (though obviously risky) treatment for some kinds of chronic depression... so some people have been unwittingly treating their chronic depression with smoking for most of their adult lives... can you imagine THEM trying to quit?

This is the most moronic thing ever said on these boards.

The ironic thing is, if you had read that book as a non-smoker, you would know why that statement is utterly idiotic.

Also no, I didn't read a book to atop smoking, I went to a hypnotherapist, was worth every penny ( 1 on 1 hypnotherapist, not that group bullshit ). Smokers put a shitton of effort into becoming smokers. It is not simply a matter of changing your mind one day.
