I've been playing forged alliance a bit recently and since i found out it's pants i would like to play some spring, however the last 2 times i tried to play it just plain didn't work. I think it was a lobby thing i don't know.

One time it couldn't connect to the lobby server and the other time it needed to update but couldn't update.


Is there anything i should know to actually be able to play with this multiple lobby thing i'm reading about?


(don't tell anyone but i think i know at least part of the problem with getting new players!)

seems to work :)

it crashed with an AI but without one it loaded fine so it should be ok.

CA's actually been pretty stable for a while. If you left after they introduced flat balance and mex overdriving, the gameplay will be very familiar. The only massive gameplay shift is that now overdriving requires buildings to support. Most of the change in the past while has been models & GUI, not gameplay.
