I thought it's Frenchness was unambiguous enough to get away with using the other letter for something else.

He is not here to trick you. His frenchness is genuine. He is used to see "FR" on official logos and documents. A guillotine is an embodimnent of the national justice. As such, it must be bear the official seal of the nation, written in the officially codified way. The "FR" you see on his unit is not a fabrication of his own. It is merely a replica of the abbreviation you see in police's officer badge, in taxes form, in license plate stickers, on the pediment of town hall, etc... The gain of one letter is not enough to justify the loss of such a symbolic power.

France/French is always abbreviated as Fr. Never as F. For a French it would unthinkable to do so.

If you fills a form with F, it means female, not french. Or maybe a low very grade. Or a very large cup.

thats for sure. Although I heard most units are stolen from other mods. Maybe someone else can clean that up if you recognizes models/effects.
So I do not really believe that because the warcrime unit surely is original work and it goes well with the other units in the video...

Even if a lot of stuff was stolen... Pretty creative usages of the thefts!

Quite a interesting unit, i deduce my dear watson, that Emanuel is either of a dedicated anti-colonist background, making him a leftwing RTS luver, or he/his family immigrated from one of france colonys. I would assume he comes from allgeria or marroko, because the vietnamese tend to integrate fast into there new homecountrys.
