note the title,
I mean seriously I buy a computer 1 year ago it supposed to have tv tuner geforce 5900 gfx card and a sound card, ok i can live without the cool parts tv tuner and sound card but they gave me a fx 5200. then it began the day the warranty expired the hard drive failed completely died so i replaced it then when trying to reinstall windows it says it's not the same pc, but now it's in a state of crapness however today i had the last straw the boot sector failed so i booted up the windows disk and used the fixed boot command at which it restarted windows began to load then said it required a format then did it without my permission then after a 1 hour fix of my computer ie didnt install so i had to go to explorer and work my way through the piles of html to find the download link argh and i'm on dial-up untill i move in two weeks.
what should I do
damn my crappy computer

#1: 5900 fx does not have a TV Tuner, at all. It does, however, have 'TV out' (S-video, DVI)
#2: If you got the wrong component, you should have taken it back right then and there.
#3: That error means that you did a straight copy of the HDD to another HDD. Windows doesn't like that, you'd need to do a clone.
#4: Bullshit on the format.
#5: Bullshit on the IE not being installed, thats litterally impossible.

Err... actully, I could knock myself up a whole dulecore PC with a 6800 for less than £1000 mate, which realy aint much more than the canadian was saying in $, also if you know were the offers are you can get stuff cheap.
Infact... I could get the processor, graphics card, and 1 gig of ram for less than £500, and thats withouyt me shoping for teh best deal... i could probablie do better.
Plus 100 on a mobo, 50 on a hardrive, 50 on a case and a DVD drive, and thats £700 for a good computer.
Just needs a monitor and a mouse and keybord, but you can nick them off your last one (or spend the extra £300 you saved on my inital estimate of £1000)

Also, i think that it has become required by law across the European Union that all (non-food and stuff) products sold go with a 2 years waranty. Meaning that they must repair your hardware and, if the problems persist, you can nullify the contract (the 2 years waranty is a contract where you pay x and they provide you with the hardware and the assurance that it will work for those years).
Note: I voted for the shotgun. Maybe i can hear about you on the news one of these days.
