Looks like a potatoe chip. However good focus on the top down view :D

I'm redoing some older infantry models, going to try and give them more joint movement for more realistic looking animations.

what do u think of that as a stumpy?
turret and barrel arent finished

Its an interesting idea, but personally i dont find it fits so well. The emphasized parts (turret and that unique stumpy shape at front) have been cut down, and the treads are conversely emphasized.

Besides that its a pretty good model, could use a few fewer polies on the barrel and some curvy parts.

Has the look of early tanks, something I've always found appealing personally.

Has the look of early tanks, something I've always found appealing personally.
yeah, i like them too (or the tank from indiana jones)

Besides that its a pretty good model, could use a few fewer polies on the barrel and some curvy parts.
i have some problem with the modell (hidden lines and i cant delete them, also since wings 1.2 there is no "no material" anymore ... or i dont find it)

but i made a better to a stumpy fitting turret+canon (but had no idea how to connect the cannon with the body in an astetic way), also i made a streched version which might be better for *A

Select all objects in object mode and right click --> cleanup.

With treads that big and visible, I'm going to expect to see the texture animate... and we don't have that feature, do we?

I recall some treads from CA moving, but I imagine that was through some carefully and cleverly crafted scripting.

tread movement is easy just make the tread part 3 times and have the uv shift slight on the texture to make a movement illusion, add some rotating wheels its even more convincing.

I like the tank body, just not the turret.

Jammer Aircraft: add these rotating forks every *a mods use as jammers. Easier to see what it does.

stumpy tank: nice ww1 look, turret and cannon could be bigger?
