is there any possibility of a tag that makes a unit unrepairable?
orders to repair said unit are ignored and dragging a repair circle over the unit does not give a repair order.
basicly cantargetground=1; but for repairing

i remember adding it about a year ago when i accidentally repaired a machine gunner with a crane in s44 ;p
