None of this information should really influence your opinion. Most of us just like our groundless gut feelings, so just go by that. MAY THE BEST BROWSER WIN!

i personally started off using firefox, but after adding to many plug ins it got slow and sluggish, ive tried opera, chrome, flock and IE.

I'm currently using chrome, because like opera its fast and snappy, and is more open for quick searching.

If i need maximum compatability though i will switch to firefox.

I'm going to have to vote for chrome.

I use chrome because I didn't have to fight with it to get rid of almost all the useless vertical pixles every other browser likes to add at the top and the bottom of the screen that limits your actual view space, and when I install software from sourceforge it never adds a "Google chrome navbar" like every piece of freeware software seems to want to do with both IE and Firefox.

It's also fast, and fairly free of bugs.

Your chrome pictures are all anti-hotlinking images, not pictures of chrome

I love firefox but it has continuous freezes and bork ups, sometimes I'm waiting up to a minute for the UI to become responsive, and windows puts that white shade over the top of it

Now the chromes got extensions and whatnot, I'm switching! There isn't anything I need from firefox that chrome doesn't already do.

This. And firefox occasionally seems to get locked in "I'm gonna malloc myself another quarter-gig of ram kilobyte-by-kilobyte and fark off for about 10 minutes" on older machines. Chrome seems not to have this problem.

For some odd reason Chrome takes forever to re-draw the screen (after switching programs etc... not sure why but that's the main reason I've stuck with FF.

Chrome, well really stuff based on Chromium source code. Really fast with an awesome UI. Firefox is still good, but Google definitely knew what they were doing when they developed Chrome.

My main problem with Chrome is that it is made by Google, the same company that controls my search and email info. Nonetheless, I run Chrome and Firefox side by side when I surf. 8)
