Re: CoD6
Watched my roommate play through it on his GS3. Campaign is pretty good...I think it's the most hardboiled ending for a game I've ever seen. Pretty displeased there's no lan or dedicated servers for PC...I'll be pirating it solely because of that.

Re: CoD6
if you play it on the correct difficulty- vet - its more like 10 hours :)
Re: CoD6
The singleplayer was satisfying but very short.
SPOILERS AHEAD
Compared to the first modern warfare, the second definately has a lot more tension constantly being built up and there is a hell of a lot more action and crazy shit going on all at once.
In the first one when you propel down the apartment building before it explodes, that feeling is basically the entire game of the second modern warfare. There's just constant constant action going on and the mood is a lot more sinister and dark.
A lot of the plot elements were absolutely absurd, but hey it's a video game. There's a lot of plot holes. The No Russian part was hilarious imo, I emptied like 600 bullets or whatever into civvies; god that was satisfying. The fact that the Russians would some how be able to stage a full scale invasion in about a 24 hour period from BOTH sides of the US is pretty fucking ridiculous. But it did serve to have a fucking fantastic plot element as defending the East coast felt fucking awesome. I just went on a berserk rampage killing as many invaders as possible. The plot seemed a bit predictable; I knew that roach was just going to get shot just like allen. Infact that's one of my 2 complaints of this game. The other game really let you enjoy the characters you had and so when they died at the end you did feel a sense of lose. This game didn't really allow you build up that relationship before they died. I mean I appreciate IW for letting characters die off; too many people allow redundant characters to live far too long. Also what the fuck was I doing in fucking Brazil?
All in all the single player was fun. It was a short version of MW 1 but with 100x more action and treason.
