You guys are far too concerned with large team games. You'll never get them balanced because people are too inconsistent. Expecting an auto-balance to be able to work out the best teams is a bit outlandish. Maybe it might improve things slightly... but at the end of the day large team games are always going to have massive skill imbalances. It's the nature of the beast.

When it comes to 1vs1 I think you could actually track things accurately. Even if the 1vs1 ranking was only visible in 1vs1 gamerooms or something (and wasn't viewable in team games) it'd still be a good thing. The only way you're going to get the general skill level of Spring players (and with that good taste in maps, better concern for their allys and hopefully better manners) is if you get more people playing 1vs1.

GPGNet does something clever and it doesn't show you who you're playing. Maybe in ranked gamerooms you could have the names blocked out so people don't know who they're playing. It'd cut down on people trying to game the system too much.

Imo Stuckey is decent as a player and nice as a person, aight? I mean, he can ask for something in the way you cannot probably understand. So, when people are talking shit about him, they dont probably know, that he is always trying to be nice and understanding, even if he is doing something "dumb".

I got a good example to share with you boys n' girls;
It was dsd game starting, I picked my spot from south-west (the corner spot) and pressed ready. About 10 seconds later Stuckey clicked on my spot and asked "let's coop". Hehe, as you see it wasnt a question really but I got his point and didn't say a word. He pressed ready button, game started and I dgunned him and THAT was the way he wanted to help our team, by destroying 2 coms and giving metals for the other players. Sensible isnt it? Since that moment I've always been looking for him on some host and when I get a chance to play with him, I will take that opportunity.

So if you people feel like hitting your head to the concrete wall, pm me on tasclient or here on forums so I will explain the meaning of his thoughts.

Could we have you, instead of your maps?

If you play BA DSD religiously, you will see people who also do so. In fact, these are probably self-reflections of a modern BA-DSD player.

DSD is pretty formulaic. There's maybe three strategies you have to learn to be passable. Watch a few PYB or PiNK replays and you're golden.

Also, airline food! What's up with that?

Just try something random, hope for the best, and if it fails blame teammates.
