New Map .. Paridise-Dry-V3.1 ...
I've completed my new map .... It's
designed for Kbots .... so here are some sceen

I dled the map, havent played it yet tho, but here are my thoughts:
Please bake some kind of lighting onto the map, otherwise it has to be played in f4 mode because of the extremely low sun. I just cant make out the height features on it at all.
If you set your camera down, you get massive sun glare in it, looks really tacky.
Shadows totally screw it up!
Without shadows:
With shadows:
Very low metal values and few mexes p with a more or less flat open map that only has small breaks in it so vecs cant cross -> turning this into ak/pw spam.

your height maps are entirely too random for my taste
the top side has considerably less land to build on initially (2 players are supposed to start in potholes to get metal?), and the bottom gets the further advantage of having 2 massive ridges to porc up on

too dull/dark and drab atm, as suggested raising the light angle might help there

I think this has pretty good color and texture scheme afterall.
However you could extended it with some lighter yellow, peach, desert colors etc. and maybe some altering grass ?

If you're not going to make a seperate map for the contest you might as well submit this one
