Right click the image, so it zooms in.
Wheels are placeholders, cause I couldn't figure out how to do transparency in the render.
Couple touch ups left on the main turret cannon, and on the wheels.
All the Silvered areas on the main body will be teamcolor along with the Core logo on top.

Re: Core Weasel +1
two things to note; the texture on the tyres is backwards ^_^
and teamcolour goes on dark colours, like black, or v dark grey, otherwise the teamcolour ends up looking all washed out and pasteley.

The tires are placeholders, PL.

I'm going with smoth on this one, lads.smoth wrote:that model looks good hang the mother f*ers who say otherwise.
Re: Core Weasel +1
imo those wheels look as good as they need to be regardless of wether the track is the right direction.
Re: Core Weasel +1
Flipping the texture or the tires on the z-axis is not really an issue I think.

Re: Core Weasel +1
I'd just like the green to be brown, like a weasel.
Re: Core Weasel +1
Didnt people think the gator/raider textures were too dark?
these dont look much brighter.

but their so pretttyyyy!
Re: Core Weasel +1
Exhaust pipes lol? What about halftracks instead of wheels?
Re: Core Weasel +1
Well, which would you prefer on a low maintainence scout vehicle?
Changing a set of Tracks in combat?
Changing a single wheel in combat?
Why don't Nascars, or Drag racers, or anything that goes very fast use tracks?
Because wheels are in all aspects and by design, simple, and can be fixed/replaced much easier and with fewer tools than a Track link.

Re: Core Weasel +1
pish posh! theres a difference between realism and retardation. I suggest you learn it!
Re: Core Weasel +1
Requoted for those who did not notice the first time.
Edit: The modularity of tracks makes it less expensive to repair in a nano-spray world. Just nanospray the single broken component. Also: Repairing tracks can be done in seconds with nanospray
Re: Core Weasel +1
Change colors to more like this?
Re: Core Weasel +1
Is there something different between this and the original I posted?
