Springlobby fails to start after update to 171

today i ran springlobby, it prompted for an update from 169 to 171, which i did.

after that, every time i start it, the process is shown idling in the task manager but....nothing happens.

i restarted the pc, but the problem persists.

also reverted to the springlobby.exe.bak here
