SpringLobby: Change its look

Hello,
is it possible to change springlobby's look, e.g. with themes like in TASClient?

If you are running linux, you can set it to whatever GTK 2.x theme you want.

on windows it's not possible, is it?

Springlobby sucks, it took me a while to find out.
When hosting you just cant make start boxes or I didnt find out how.

There's a "singleplayer/simplified" version of the lobby that uses custom background screens.
I'm hoping to see it's functionality expanded in future, I was chatting with Koshi (I think it was), and he reckoned adding the battleroom might not be that difficult.
