springlobby.exe does not like win2k?

During another Spring installation I found that there is one more lobby client: springlobby.exe. I've installed both clients: springlobby & tasclient. When i run sprinlobby it did not find a "freeaddrinfo" proc entry point within ws2_32.dll. I'm running win2k sp4. Isn't it supported?

try this: http://springlobby.info/temp/builds/sl-w2k.zip

our torrent subsystem needs special build flags for w2k, we had it in there for some time, but it prolly got lost in the great libtorrent update/revert couple of weeks ago

Yes. This one works for me. Thank you. But another small bug occured: it is not recognized as a newer version than official :) and suggests to download a new one.

ADDED
To finalize testing i allowed to download a "new" software. On closing the spinglobby for win2k crashed with some message like this: "unknown software exception (0xc000001d) at 0x78033ac8 address".

the version number mismatch is no bug at all. Just a consequence of it not being a release build. As for crash on close, yeah that's well known
