Yet another set of prefabricated lancdscape gardening you┬┤re gonna miss. Let me also guess by name, that you never encountered the beauty of nwn or similar titles, were every palace and every cellar basically look the same?

Sorry to be a bitch beherith, but i think (seeing it for the first time) that the baked shadow of the metalextractor and the highlighted metall of the same bite each other. If there would be anything on the ground, it would be a light reflection from all that poolished stuff- now that aside, nothing this beautifull has been seen on my screen before, and that includes comercial games. Maybee we should have a production quality league, where you could sit and throne.

Yeah, it does clash a bit, you're right. Dont know how to resolve this yet.

But here is a peewee and some peyote. The map will be called Mescaline.

A painted desert remake remake with these textures would be amazing.

Reclaim i must- for the vision to follow- and concerning the bake, how about taking out the sundirection from every map. Liek this: First a check if there is reflecting material on a modell, make it hardcode, so future generations have something to moan and complain about. ;)

Then get the sundirection out of the map smd, finally rebake a sunreflection into the groundplate. And now i leave you alone, and in behe we trust, about tomorrow you will come back with a simulation on raytraced reflections. :)

Behe, ive got to admit, i sort of envy you for your abilitys. Man, it must be like whatever you touch turns gold, so before you do anything hasty- could you release that painted dessert remake?

Sorry picasso, but it cant be done like that (at least not without massive overhead). Since the ao is calculated pre-game, and takes a few hours of cpu time.

Rather make new maps than remakes imo - if you want to play Painted Desert, you can already... Having new maps balanced around how current games play is much more interesting than copying some random landscape made 10+ years ago.
