Thunderhammer? nah thanks... i rather take the undying, self-repairing metal body for the low low price of a soul, thank you. Comes with the nice advantage of being uninteresting for said bugs. Got 99 problems but gene-stealers aint one.

Footage is nice, pacing is off, nota trailer is better - but you ended with Nuke.. so

As picasso sum up. Not really sure what did you aim for as it doesnt show full player side experience (missing UI yet present move commands) neither proper camera work and cinematic flow... but i assume does capture some unique™ units and gameplay™. Good job!

It wasn't to show the full player side experience, but more illustrate base building at the first, and then demonstrate what the battles and microing your blob is like.

Blob micro in evo is extremely important (for best results) at higher levels of play). Nubcakes can just A-move into each other and have reasonable results vs someone with no blob management. At higher levels of play positioning plays a really important role.

But I'm straying off topic.

blob = unit groups

Basebuilding in a trailer is usuallly demonstrated with one accelerated "city-build" time fast forward shot from a static camera.

Blob-Micro is extremely important?
The problem with meta- game as nemo explained is that it is difficult percive for anyone.

Lets take the set of every one watching the trailer.
Lets take the intersect with everyone knowing the game
Lets take from that the intersect with those experienced enough to understand the metagame
Lets take from that intersect those who need to be won over with a trailer
I claim the set is empty by now.
