I agree with Cheesecan's suggestion, but I'm not sure if I think your models are "doing it wrong"

Are you intending these models to sit right on the water, or sink in a bit for the appropriate look?

It kind of depends on how you want to do it, but now they look more like river boats. My mind wanders to the viking longboats and how they were shallow so that they could more easily navigate up rivers. Of course, if you want to just have the models sit on the water, I'd say they're probably fine.

Regardless, the tops look great and I am very envious. I may be scoping out your models for ideas when I start modeling battleships again

But it's an ARM battlescruiser, which places it in TA universe. Whom would the propaganda affect? The robots of the CORE, or the brainwashed-from-inception clones of ARM?
