use HTTPS to upload replays

Until a SPADS update auto-enables this in the script, to use HTTPS to upload replays, please edit spads.conf and modify the endGameCommandEnv line and append "XMLRPC_URL=https://replays.springrts.com/xmlrpc/":

You may have something else in stead of "%ahName" and "%ahPassword". That's fine.
Just remember, that that user account must have a t least 1 min ingame time to prevent being auto-deleted: viewtopic.php?t=36430&p=583754#p583700
