Plugin: NoSmurfVoting

This plugin goes through the users that are allowed to vote for each command: any smurfs that are online and in this list (or smurfs to the one who called the vote), are removed from the list of people that are allowed to vote.

There is one config parameter: minConfidence=integer | integer range

For instance, if minconfidence = 85, this means that only smurfs with confidence > 85% are removed from voting list. Use the !smurfs command to see these listings.

Put NoSmurfVoting.conf in your etc dir and the rest in your plugins dir. Edit the section heading ([xta]) in NoSmurfVoting.conf to match the applicable section in spads.conf.

I tested this as well as I could, but it's not easy to test something that requires smurfs and nonsmurfs at the same time. Please report bugs here or IM me.

Updated to version 0.2, please use this instead. It adds the requirement that smurfs are in same battle and fixes a bug where neither of the smurfs were allowed to vote, whereas the original user still should be.

Edit: now version 0.3 with less logging.
