Yes, but this was before plugins existed in spads.
Yeah in your case it totally makes sense if you did that long ago when the plugin API wasn't available.
But I'm mainly speaking about the NOTA case here. They use a SPADS version which handles TrueSkill, so it also supports the plugin API (these 2 features came in same version).
