Thanks to Jip from the FAF community, I repurposed one if his maps for Spring.

16x16, 12 player map, with all the bells and whistles and sauce included! ... bc3bc36c36

Map looks very nice, and should also play nice, Thanks!

issues :
- uneven metal amounts: a lot of spots are off by about ~5% compared to their symmetrical counterpart
- one of the south-eastern start positions is wrongly set to northeast

It's 2021... why aren't mex spots all lua by now?
