I just noticed the ARM EMP spider weapon doesn't have a paralyzer time.

Yes. Yes I have. And yes. It was hilarious. Be that as it may, the point stands in general...

Hmm, which came first, the LeeJen model or the original Core Combat Engineer Model? Well regardless of that, I'm stealing the model for use as the ARM Replicator self replicating light combat kbot.

*shrugs*

Some of the other stun weapons have really long damage entries too, I don't know if the same bug that broke the Juno happens to weapons that aren't AOE, but you might want to give it a look. A lot of them just have the entry for everything then the specific entries for the immune stuff like commanders, Krogoths, and flagships.

Also, the Dragonfly EMP damage is goofy, it's got 6400 EMP damage which I think may make it more effective than the EMP bomber since its on a beam rather than on innacurate bombs.

I think that's compensated by its very long reload time right?

yeah, it shoots incredibly slowly, and it also lacks AOE

Basically meaning that its not overpowered, and is capable of freezing AA assets or anything around it long enough to do a sucessfull drop and escape.

I'm sure that origionally the freeze gun worked quite well to hold and capture enemy units of threat, not sure if it still works that way... are enemy units still transportable?

I much prefer using it to stun something valuable (and preferably, explosive) then send it back where it came from ^^

I was picking up enemy units with dragonflies recently, and after the paralizeation wares off, the enemy unit fires at the dragonfly until it dies (took about a minute for a carried tremor to kill it, less for a goliath). Is this supposed to happen? Also, I wanted to capture the unit with a commander, but apparently that isn't possible while it's being carried?

Enemy units (in AA) should not be able to fire while being transported... don't think I can fix that, besides lengthening the paralyze time. Maybe nag a dev or something...
