Zell, all the Land, Hover and Sea transports do that under some circumstances.

Well it's still a bug :p

Amphibs always do it if units are loaded and the transport is on land. No clue if that applies to hover transports.

Its only because the units are actually stored underground- thats the fashion in which they are transported.

One possibility is too chose it in the Spring installer - it will automatically downloaded then. For adding it to an installed version you can get the modfile here for example:
