I've tried to make a sort of minimod based on W40k universe, but that was too big for me...

But if Guessmyname needs some help with modelisation...
Good job, anyway 8)

It's not really the modling, I've noticed. It's the textures, really...

The Macharius Heavy Tank (The big thing on the left), for those who don't know it, it a bit like a Baneblade, but smaller and less zappy. It has a twin battlecannon, a twin heavy-stubber, two heavy bolters and another pintle heavy stubber. It is a surprisingly efficient infantry tank, but will need support from infantry or sentinels if it's to be used to its best effect

You sure on the scale of the Macharius?

This image from forgeworld would seem to peg it as being a bit smaller.

I think you forgot to mirror something,
not that I mean to keep nit picking or anything :P

edit: Actually now that I'm looking for it most of your models are mirrored so I guess you're waiting to fix that once you've got some textures.

Noticed that, have you?

I have no idea what's causing that. In wings they're correct, in 3dobuilder they're flipped...?

Thudd guns make suprisingly good tank killers, and Leman Russ tanks are hard to ambush

Leman Russ Executioners can take out lone Landraiders and live to tell the tale, though they don't fare too well in prolonged conflicts - their Plasma Destroyers are notoriously tempermental, and prone to exploding

does that mean you have unreliable imperial plasma tech represented in game!?

Beta v1.3 is up!

Fixed various bugs, tweaked various variables, added various Imperial Guard units

Flamers are less over powered
Rockets etc don't infantry flying across the map any more
Logistic Bunker generates energy like it's supposed to
Heavy Bolters are slightly less powerful
Tanks last longer
Fixed the flag system - infantry now have a special 'anti-flag weapon to destroy them, rather than using their primary weapon. Units that can't destroy flags won't bother shooting at them either
Units whose weapons won't scratch other types of units (ie lasguns vs tanks) won't bother trying to shoot said unit, and will instead concentrate on units they can actually kill

Earthshaker and Medusa carriages. I'll need to model a Trojan so that they can actually be dragged around...

IG troopers seem to be better than SM atm because they have smaller models so most bolter fire misses them.

IG troopers have less HP though (even if they're supposed to be more numerous). I'll test it

75 IG lasgun infantry vs 50 SM bolter marines = SM win, 20 men remaining

Due in no small part to the number of prototype / test units that I left in the mod, I'm not surprised

Um, no...
The models I've made are in 3d. Forgeworld sells resin models that can't be used on a computer.

Not sure what you're saying about PURE though (though I am a modeller for that project)

EDIT: Oh. Oops. The image you posted hadn't loaded when I replied, sorry. I thought you were saying I'd copy-pasted the forgeworld models for use in the mod... oops.

Thanks! That'll be useful!

LOL gmn

Looks very good

If in the near future I have time I'd love to help texture some of your units

However I must protest your usage of Steel Legion themes! Or DkoK, I forget which you're doing.
