Is it in any form human readable without installing whatever software it needs?
What software does it need?

Noticed archive.org has some copy of the answers site:

It is bit slow to browse but seems to work..

Now looking at it, I am less sure if it really is that valuable. Much of it is probally in wiki or similiar forum threads or is so general that if someone was to ask the same question it could be answered quickly? Not sure how to make use of it..

its a dump of a mysql database + the software needed to run it. its not public downloadable as it contains emailaddresses & passwords, thats the path on the filesystem on the server.
