piwik removed

i've updated piwik to version 1.9.1. (was 1.6.0)

most noteable new feature is "DoNotTrack support enabled by default" (this feature was added in piwik 1.8.0)

i'll disable/remove piwik, because:

- it needs to many resources to run nicely
- database size grows way to fast with it (because of that mysqldump produced so high load -> the server gave 503 errors...)
- the info it gains is mostly useless (only referals are maybe interesting)
- to few time to maintain it
- ...

deleted piwik + databases, this free'd ~800MB in mysql...

i've truncated wiki_objectcache, this free'd additional 1.1GB...

if i'm bored, i'll fix http://springrts.com/mantis/view.php?id=3145 (saves ~700MB of database space)
