Later, when iam more advanced at scripting i would like to make a drone like weapon, means one kind of rocket is launched from the Gatefortress, and every unit in-game has a hidden, deactivated weapon, waiting to fire a "uncharged" drone back, so that it basically looks like a rocket going in a circle. My Question: Can units have, hidden, deactivated weapons, that need to be triggered by a shot of another unit?

Yes, it's possible. Set up 1 more piece 1 hierarchy level above what you want to rotate, set your piece to be its child. Turn that new piece to the angles you want your axis to have. Now rotate your piece - it will rotate relative to it's parent axis, which is now turned to the angle you want and so is not parallel to "world" x, y or z.
