No, there is no TS database for The Cursed currently.

TS database is only enabled on demand for specific games. And it requires providing the game name template (or regexp) so that SLDB can recognize this game even if version numbers changes etc.

If this is desired then the following could work: "~The\ Cursed\ \d+\.\d+". Right now SPADS is configured with "~The\ Cursed\ 1\.(\S+)" for unknown reason.

People will complain how much TS sucks and how much better balance was when one person manually assigned teams.

No real reason not to have it, you can still disable TrueSkill usage at autohost side if you want anyway.
