I must thank FLOZi for his help and awesomeness! And of course AF for this http://www.petro.darkstars.co.uk/damned/ SVN reposity epicness that is free for everybody to take a look at and use anything in it!

So here is first faction of Damned. The Orcs

Here are first units and hey at least they can fire and have firing animations done! and boy it looks cool! I could watch them all day floating around firing their gigantic machine guns! Actually the floating part gets creepy pretty fast so... I or somebody else should get animating those *wink*... volunteers?


And more stuff coming! even tho this building doesn't look good from TA view and I don't know how to script it (Lua) -_____- I'm going to add it in game and be damned proud about it! See what I did thur ^^ I hope it gets catchy! Free advertisement you see.

That looks hella-cool... but considering the stylistic similarities to WH40K, I'd avoid directly using one of their faction names.

I like orcs Those things are supposed to have orc pilots in them. At some point I will draw fancy unit pics and make custom UI to handle them but first I need to make more other stuff.

Damned ETA 2 years! All help I can get is appreciated as i'm working on Damned alone and with FLOZi's precious help ^^

I don't like Ogres or Trolls but that gave me an idea for a new unit!
A troll pilot in a "bigger" robot and player cannot control it! it just runs where enemies are at... Man i'm gonna hate coding that but every good idea I get I try implementing no matter what!

Any Lua coder volunteers for Damned? I'm still learning Lua in FLOZi's school but I know i'm never going to be master student T__T

And what comes to Cursed vs Damned if thats what you suggested... we never know. But Damned is supposed to have 4 Factions and first I give all my love to Orcs.

I thought orc's were no good at skilled technologies and had goblins and slave gnomes do it for them?

Not my orcs! Well still quite stupid as they use stolen technology and mostly simple gunpowder weapons :)
