The Cursed 0.155

Here is an updated version of the Cursed. Please report any bugs and/or suggestions concerning balance and gameplay. Thx! :-)



Changes 0.154 => 0.155
- fixed some bugs linked to the aura gadgets
- fixed the missing summoning stance for necromancers

Changes 0.153 => 0.154
- all Sounds were redone and/or improved by Pwnedbyryan => great work! Thx man!
- fixed a bug that caused features not to show up on several maps
- integrated LUPS-module from Worldbuilder
- some little fixes to the AI's buildtree

You don't need links ever again. Add the "cursed:latest" package in SpringDownloader and you'll never need to lift a finger to stay up to date.

When I try to play I got an error about null_texture.tif. Last lines of infolog:

Code: Select all

[      0] Creating projectile texture
[      0] Caught content exception: Could not load texture from file bitmaps/null_texture.tif

I can't reproduce this error message but I'll simply change the null_texture.tif to another file - just to be sure that this is no probleme...

got a small issue for ya. I tried to run Small Pass with The Cursed, and when it loaded up I got a ton of "Cannot find wreckage for" errors, and the features didn't load.

it's probably because the map uses OTA unit wreckages as features and is trying to find them in the mod folder.

It is a bug that is linked to a feature-stats processing lua-script. This should be cleaned up in the version 0.155 that should be available in about ten minutes within the SD-Pool. :wink:

The latest release (0.155) is up to springfiles.com and the SD-pool. This will most probably be the last version before the second race is added to the game. The most important changes for now are the redone sounds for the cursed race. Pwnedbyryan did a great job with recreating and/or improving all the sounds. Moreover he made a bunch of new unique sounds for most units.
