Taken from #xta, in case you had not figured that out.
In the lobby type "/j #xta" then rightclick on the chat window and check the join on login, or autojoin or w/e it is called option (I presume this is the same in SL still?)

If I put this link into a wiki and XTA9.59 is realeased, what happens then?
Does it still point at 9.58?

yes, this link is getting updated with newer versions

Yes, for every version it's the same link.

As the mod file on the link is replaced not a new link created.
