Can't download latest BA

As topic says - can't find it on either springfiles and the lobby fails every time I try to download it. Any ideas?
pr-downloader.exe --download-game ba:stable
or download this and unzip it in the engine/103.0 folder then run pr-downloader.bat. Use menu options (1,2,ba:stable)
