(ARM) Bomb-Resistant Medium-Range Missile Battery does not fire

Hi,

I never saw the "Bomb-Resistant Medium-Range Missile Battery" fire a shot. What do i have to do to make it fire? Im usually with the Troops of ARM.

It's anti-air defence. It shoots only airplanes.

I thought it would fire against ground units. The description i found on the internet said something about no air.
