Few issues I noticed while spectating recently..
Core Missile Ships wouldn't kill a Big Bertha in its range.
Lancet Torpedo bombers seemed to miss their intended targets.

Can you reproduce either of those things in a demo? Or link the replays and tell the time + area of map to look at?

After playing, some feed back:
- Globally something is wrong with most of unit: friendly fire happen a lot with mobile defence, it looks like a problem with collisions, I guess that is an engine problem right ?
- deep charge launcher are bugged: projectile die as soon as it gets in water when it is fired from high cliff: you need to force fire to use it correctly.
- I like the engineer change. Also, the fact cans are a bit better in 1v1 vs zeus is counter balanced by AoE zeus weapon plus it needs no E to fire.
- Bantha still a far too op imo. I would not touch its hp since arm need to good hp unit, but I would either increase its cost (+20% to start), or decrease it speeds.

No one else has reported a problem - could you provide a replay of what you think is the bug? Collision volumes in BA match unit sizes much more closely in 7.73+ than previous versions. There were some changes a while ago in how the engine works out what it considers friendly fire but the mod side of that has not changed (else it would on changelog).friendly fire happen a lot with mobile defence, it looks like a problem with collisions

Would it be possible to realize new BA so torpedo bomber can target water unit properly ? Or it that an engine bug as well ?

Iirc all the stuff with torpedo targetting behaving oddly is caused by an engine bug, but I'll remember to check it before next release.
